I think they'd be better with some substitution other than water, like juice or soy milk or something, but they're pretty good! I'll e-mail you the recipe.annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621915642420308973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30986975.post-72689469906686911602008-06-04T07:36:00.000-05:002008-06-04T07:36:00.000-05:00I like to make muffins for snack. They freeze well and can be heated up in the microwave or can thaw out in a lunchbox in a ziplock baggie.

I'll try making some today without milk and let you know how they turn out. I like oatmeal muffins (I can pretend they're healthy) and corn muffins.

One of my favorite things about muffins is they don't require a loud electric mixer, so you can make them last minute, like, late at night or early in the morning, without waking up neighbors or roommates!annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621915642420308973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30986975.post-36905363758596311862008-06-04T07:34:00.000-05:002008-06-04T07:34:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621915642420308973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30986975.post-1339923215929232282008-06-04T07:30:00.000-05:002008-06-04T07:30:00.000-05:00I've read that you can substitute water or juice f...I've read that you can substitute water or juice for milk in most recipes. I used to drink rice milk and loved it. I think for many recipes you could substitute rice or soy milk. One good thing about rice milk is you don't have to refrigerate it until you open it, so if you find it on sale you can stock up.annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621915642420308973noreply@blogger.com
