Two big pieces, just for me!
(I love that song, Cake for Breakfast, from the Where in the World Is Carmen San Diego? cd Out of This World. I picked it out as my birthday present at Big Lots, about three years ago, and my friend Binky bought it. Yay Binky. It also contains a very educational song about the sun, I think by They Might Be Giants.)
I love cake for breakfast. Today I'm having brownies, from the recipe on the side of the Nestle Cocoa carton. Two days ago, it was cookies (no bake cookies).
Tonight we are making Daniel's favorite indian food: wait for it.....chicken byriani. I'll be sure to post this recipe later. But right now I'm going to make brownies!
Can you dream it wild and sweetly?

Can I have a brownie?
They're still baking. I hope they turn out okay. They're "fudgey brownies." I think i like those better than cake-type brownies.
I htink it'd be dried out by the time it got to Texas. But by all means, if you come up here, I'll make you brownies!!
Jamie and I are working on our vacation plans for the upcoming school year. October is Chicago, and March is New York City for sure, but we're still budgeting to see what other trips we can afford. I'm hoping to make it to G'town sometime around Thanksgiving or Christmas. We'll have to see how everything goes, though!
am i the only person on the planet who's not into fudgy brownies? i like the cake-y kind and i never make them from a box (you guys know my mom, so this probably doesn't surprise you) and i only use my mom's recipe, which i'll post eventually.
Yes, please post your momma's recipe! I like the fudgey ones better, but chocolate is chocolate, so I'll take what I can get!
